You are invited to participate on Saturday, June 2nd in the “Highway Run into the Midnight Sun 5K” marathon in honor of my brother Gilbert. This is a silly race for a serious cause with all pledge donations going to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

This isn’t like any other race. Here are just a few tidbits on what will make this event simply awesome:
- All registrants will receive a limited-edition race shirt and a fantastic Thank You goodie bag.
- The race course is twice around my neighborhood in Union City. Fun! (Click here for the map of the course.)
- Run alone or in a team, in costume or in your best running gear. There are prizes, prizes, prizes for these categories and more!
- Breakfast will be served immediately after the race in my backyard. Get ready to be yummed!

Early registration is $25 through April 25th. Registration goes up to $35 on April 26th.
Our goal is to raise $1000 in pledge donations by the morning of the race for our cause. Download the Pledge Form and start collecting that money! Donations are a great way for your friends and family to show their support.
Please fill in your information on the LLS Donation Form and submit this on the morning of the race with your Pledge Form and pledge monies. I will be submitting all pledge monies to the Greater San Francisco Bay Area Chapter of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
