I’m sharing my love for Hipstamatic today. I was introduced to this sweet little by my friend Lara when I was looking for a great analog app for my iPhone. I know a lot of the iPhoneography love is going to Instagram right now – and much deserved – but I’ve been using Hipstamatic for over a year now and I just can’t get enough. I think I’ve purchased almost every camera/lens/film -pak they’ve released as well downloaded all their free ones. I love changing the lens combos/camera backs; it really tickles the camera nerd in me. And when I hand my iPhone to someone so I can get in a shot, they’re delighted with the experience of the app.

And in support of National Breast Cancer Awareness month, this October they’ve released the “We Love Boobies GoodPak.” All proceeds from the sale of the Susie Lens will go to breast cancer charities. I certainly ♥ boobies. Won’t you join me?
And something else exciting around the corner is the anticipated release of the Hipstamatic D-Series. I love anything that forces me to be creative. And being the techy girl that I am, this is just up my alley. This new app – free when released – will force a user to shoot a “roll” of 24 shots (hello film!) before any image can be seen. I. Cannot. Wait. In this age of instant gratification, this little throwback to the analog era is gratifying indeed.
So go ahead and give Hipstamatic a try and show your support for boobies. Believe me, you won’t be disappointed.
