March 14th, 2008 Grace’s Love List - 3/14

• I’m always in the search for a girly-girly dress and Target’s GO International: Jovovich-Hawk line fits right in my budget. And even though my body follows the short and chubby (not to mention freaking adorable) side, the dresses offered in the Jovovich-Hawk line are surprisingly flattering.
• It seems that more and more people I know are moving from Typepad and Blogger and over to Wordpress. If you’ve got the urge to make a move, check out Scribblescratch.com for some clean and fun blog templates. While you’re there, why not download one of her banners? And did I mention that everything on this site is free? Cool.
• Save Polaroid. Save the World. Last month Polaroid announced that it will be discontinuing production of their much loved instant film camera. My 4th grade self is sad. Nothing is cooler than a Polaroid camera - absolutely nothing. If you love these beauties as much as I do, consider joining the Save Polaroid campaign. Solidarity!

• Have you seen the “My Better” commercial for the Nike SPARQ Training line? Damn, it’s hot. It’s up on the Nike site now if you want to watch. I love the concept: “My better is better than your better.” I especially love the commercial because I’m a huge Saul Williams fan and think “List of Demands” should be on everyone’s music playlist.
• So last week I joined a gym (*golf claps*) and this week I joined The Self Challenge 2008. Register for this free program, put in your challenge goals, and you’ll get weekly Self challenges as well as suggested meal plans. Login frequently to keep track of your progress. Invite friends and make working out and getting healthy a group effort. The next best thing to a physical trainer, if you ask me. This is a win-win.
• I need a date for April 9th because that’s when Young @ Heart will be in theaters. I love me some seniors, especially seniors who rock out. And since the trailer to the movie gets me teary-eyed, I thought I’d share it with you here.
